It allows you to download a World Wide website from the Internet to a local directory,building recursively all structures, getting html, images, and other files from the server to your computer. The meta header had httrack as the first optimized keyword. This keyword is followed by HTTRACK, HTTrack, and winhttrack which isn't as important as httrack.
